This role is about more than numbers—it’s about trust, consistency and calm attention to detail. Working independently through the night, you’ll oversee end‑of‑day procedures, complete reports and audits accurately, and act as the first point of contact for guests. • Act as the main point of contact throughout the night, supporting late arrivals, early departures and guest enquiries with a calm, professional approach—always reassuring, always present.
  • Follow all safety, security and operational procedures, maintaining awareness of the hotel at all times and responding appropriately to anything unexpected.
  • Serve as a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through your reliability, discretion and the high standards you uphold—often behind the scenes, but essential to the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Warm, welcoming and naturally genuine in the way you care for guests and colleagues.
  • Confident under pressure, with a steady presence and a touch of individuality that makes you memorable.
  • An effective communicator, grounded and connected to the city you’re helping shape.
