At the Medlock, we’re setting a new standard for hospitality—one that’s refined, genuine and unmistakably personal. As a Guest Services Manager, you’ll take a hands‑on leadership role in the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel, acting as a key point of contact for guests and team members alike. With a strong focus on Duty Management, you’ll support the smooth running of the hotel, lead by example on shift, and ensure every guest experience is delivered with warmth, confidence and attention to detail—from arrival through to departure.
This brand‑new 401‑key hotel is set to be a game‑changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world class 60,000‑seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena.
You’ll take pride in your rooms, completing both daily and deep cleaning to a consistently high standard, with care and close attention to detail. Whether preparing rooms for arriving guests or refreshing them during a stay, you’ll ensure every space is presented to the highest standard—ready to be enjoyed and remembered. Working closely with your team and other departments, you’ll bring a positive, supportive approach, always ready to step in where needed. You’ll follow all safety and hygiene standards, using equipment and materials responsibly and with confidence.
You’ll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold. Our hotel never stops, and neither does the care behind it. We operate 365 days a year, with shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business—offering flexibility where possible.
