A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Managing Associate (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading Real Estate team in Manchester. The Role
- You will take a senior role within the team, managing your own caseload while also working closely with partners on large-scale and high-value transactions.
- Your work will include:
- Advising on investment, development, acquisitions and disposals
- Acting on landlord & tenant, asset management and property portfolio matters
- Supporting major regeneration, infrastructure and development projects
- Leading transactions and managing key workstreams from instruction through to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to business development and client relationship growth
You will work on projects spanning office, retail, leisure and large-scale regeneration schemes, often involving nationally significant developments.

- UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
- Experience across investment, development, asset management or landlord & tenant work
