A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit a Leveraged Finance Associate / Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its growing Manchester Banking & Finance team.
The Role
- You will work on a broad range of financing transactions, with a strong focus on leveraged and sponsor-led work, including:
- Leveraged finance and corporate lending transactions
- Acting for lenders, sponsors and borrowers
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements (LMA and bespoke), security documents and intercreditor arrangements
- Advising on the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through to completion
- Supporting ongoing portfolio work including waivers, amendments and refinancings
You will also work closely with corporate and restructuring teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
