A leading international law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate (2+ PQE) to join its growing Employment team in Manchester. This is a strong opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer to gain exposure to high-quality contentious and advisory employment work, acting for a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
The Role
- Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment law issues
- Managing Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings and preparing for hearings
- Supporting on complex advisory matters such as discrimination, TUPE, restructurings and employee relations
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Assisting with corporate support work on transactions
You will have the opportunity to develop direct client relationships while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters.
