A highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing Investment team in Manchester.
The Role
You will join a well-established and expanding real estate practice, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters with a focus on investment work. Your experience will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner-occupied assets)
- Landlord & tenant and asset management work
- Supporting on development and regeneration projects
- Advising on property finance, restructuring and distressed assets
- Working alongside specialists across planning, construction and tax
You will take ownership of matters while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
