Our client is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing & e Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in growing online presence, generating high-quality leads, and improving digital performance across the business.

Your primary focus will be supporting the brand and its e Commerce platform, ensuring products are effectively promoted and customers enjoy an engaging online experience.

Working in partnership with the Marketing Lead, Content Lead and specialist agency partners, you will oversee product catalogue management, search engine optimisation, paid digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

You'll also contribute to wider marketing activities, identifying opportunities to improve website performance, customer engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities e Commerce & Product Management

  • Manage and maintain the online product catalogue, ensuring listings are accurate, engaging and fully optimised.
  • Regularly review product performance using website data and customer insights.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that increase product visibility, customer interaction and online sales.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Work closely with the Content Lead to enhance website content and improve search performance.
  • Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings and website health to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Liaise with external SEO specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver optimisation projects.
  • Support technical SEO initiatives and ensure best practices are applied across all websites and stores.
  • Paid Search & Digital Advertising
  • Act as the main point of contact for external partners.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to maximise return on advertising spend.
  • Assist in the planning, optimisation and ongoing management of paid search and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Produce insights and recommendations to support continual campaign improvement.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development Support
  • Carry out prospect research and maintain lead databases to support outbound marketing activity.
  • Execute targeted cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Explore and develop new digital channels and tactics to increase lead generation.
  • Marketing Campaign Delivery
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in producing campaign assets, including landing pages, promotional content and product-focused marketing materials.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Provide support with photography and video content where required.
  • Work with the Marketing Lead to identify opportunities to enhance website usability, customer journeys and conversion rates.
  • Assist with website testing, content updates and ongoing site maintenance.
  • Support the rollout of new Shopify features, applications and e Commerce enhancements.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in SEO, including both on-page optimisation and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing paid search activity or working closely with PPC agencies.
  • Hands‑on experience using the Shopify platform.
  • Familiarity with website analytics and reporting tools to measure digital performance.
  • Experience creating, maintaining and optimising online product listings.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging, accurate and SEO‑friendly content.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Comfortable collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a willingness to identify opportunities for improvement.
