Based in Wellingborough (Northamptonshire) or Wednesbury (West Midlands). Permanent. Hybrid working offered once relationships have been built; however, regular travel will be required for this role.

Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:- Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy across multiple sites
- Coach and develop operational managers and leadership teams
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development
- Manage complex employee and industrial relations, including pay negotiations and union engagement
- Champion culture, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Provide HR insights to drive performance and workforce productivity
- Lead and develop an operations-aligned HR team
- Proven Senior HRBP experience in a fast-paced, heavily operational business, e.g. manufacturing, industrial. Must have a physical presence in an operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills
- Experienced in complex ER, IR, and union negotiations is essential for this role
- Strategic, data-driven, and resilient, with a hands-on approach
- Experience of managing and developing teams
- Happy to travel across UK sites and must be happy to be on site to meet business needs.
