Are you a passionate and motivated Recruiter looking for an Internal Recruitment role and committed to identifying the best people on the market? This position would suit someone with previous Internal Recruitment experience, ideally within an environment with a mix of volume and niche roles. Previous experience of recruiting across EMEA would be preferable.
You will support the business with sourcing quality candidates whilst providing a professional recruitment service. You will be responsible for providing professional and confidential recruitment support to the HR team including partnering with Internal Stakeholders to advise on the best recruitment approach.
Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Partner:
- Partnering with the Recruitment team and internal stakeholders to secure the best talent.
- Creating a constant recruitment pipeline and talent bank across key locations.
- Placing job adverts on internal & external websites.
- Conducting telephone screening with all potential candidates.
- Assisting with the organisation of company inductions, including venue and travel bookings.
Key requirements of the Recruitment Partner:
- Previous Recruitment experience, ideally within industry is preferred.
