Medlock Partners are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business located in Oldham, who are looking to recruit an experienced sales support team leader. The successful person will have previous experience managing a small team within a sales support environment, overseeing the processing of customer orders and a solid knowledge of shipping.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Team Leader:
- Manage a small team of sales support advisors
- Monitor and delegate workload between the team, ensuring objectives have been achieved in a timely manner
- Being hands on, processing orders through the system and being lead on any customer escalations
- Build and develop internal relationships with the wider teams
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conduct regular desk reviews of live matters, offering 1-2-1 training and support where required
- Reporting and budget analysis
Key requirements for the Sales Support Team Leader:
- Previous experience within a sales support role, managing a small team
