Are you a passionate and motivated Recruiter looking for an Internal Recruitment role and committed to identifying the best people on the market? If so, look no further! This position would suit someone with previous Internal Recruitment experience, ideally within an environment with a mix of volume and niche roles. Previous experience of recruiting across EMEA would be preferable. Experience of recruiting within Engineering, manufacturing and/or HVAC would also be preferred.
You will support the business with sourcing quality candidates whilst providing a professional recruitment service. You will be responsible for providing professional and confidential recruitment support to the HR team including partnering with Internal Stakeholders to advise on the best recruitment approach.
Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Partner:
- Partnering with the Recruitment team and internal stakeholders to secure the best talent.
- Creating a constant recruitment pipeline and talent bank across key locations.
- Placing job adverts on internal & external websites.
- Direct candidate searching.
- Collating candidate responses and sifting CVs in conjunction with recruiting Manager.
- Conducting telephone screening with all potential candidates.
- Contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
- Ensuring we have the relevant documentation and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintaining new employee folders ensuring they are always up to date.
- Assisting with the organisation of company inductions, including venue and travel bookings.
Key requirements of the Recruitment Partner:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills – must be able to manage several roles at once.
- Previous Recruitment experience, ideally within industry is preferred.
- Able to build strong relationships and business partner with key stakeholders.
