Medlock Partners are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking and supportive law firm based in Salford, who are looking to appoint a Polish-speaking Receptionist to join their busy and welcoming team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills, who enjoys speaking with people and is looking to build a career within a legal environment. Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or legal setting would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Handling incoming calls from clients and third parties in both Polish and English.
- Taking detailed client instructions and managing each enquiry through to a satisfactory outcome.
- Obtaining and accurately recording contact details and case information.
- Transferring calls or arranging call-backs with the relevant legal department.
- Providing occasional front-of-house cover and general administrative support.
Key requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- A personable and professional manner with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work a rotating shift pattern between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday–Friday.
