Role Overview
An outstanding opportunity exists for a Real Estate Associate / Solicitor (1+ to 3+ PQE) to join a leading UK firm’s highly regarded Real Estate team. With a reputation for excellence in commercial real estate, this team delivers premium transactional and advisory work, working for strong clients across built environment sectors. What the Role Will Involve
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, landlord & tenant, and development site work.
- Supporting and working with senior partners and associates on both large and medium-sized deals.
- Managing your own transactional work as PQE increases, with mentorship and progressive responsibility.
- Engaging with clients in sectors such as retail, offices, industrial/logistics, hospitality, residential development, and mixed-use.
- Some advisory work and cross-disciplinary collaboration (e.g. planning, environment, construction) may be involved.

- Good interpersonal and organisational skills; able to manage multiple transactions.
- A team player, but also keen to take ownership as experience grows.
