The Opportunity
As a Partner Services & Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s partners, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new joiners, and providing day-to-day support to help drive collaboration and efficiency across the business.
This is a relationship-driven role, where you will be the first point of contact for new partners and a trusted source of support for existing ones. It’s also an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing, ambitious firm that values team culture and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including welcome communications, documentation, IT setup, and supplier liaison.
- Build strong professional relationships with new and existing partners, becoming a go-to contact for support and guidance.
- Facilitate collaboration by organising introductions, small group events, and other initiatives to strengthen internal networks.
- Administrative support, including ordering branded materials, managing office supplies, and booking venues, travel, or hospitality.
- Act as an integral member of the central support team, contributing to the firm’s culture of collaboration, efficiency, and high standards of client service.
