Our client, a leading law firm based in Manchester, is seeking several experienced and enthusiastic Paralegal to join across several departments. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on complex and meaningful cases, gaining invaluable experience alongside highly skilled legal professionals.
While prior experience in the specific areas is desirable, it is not essential. Our client offers full training for candidates with a strong background in law, making this an ideal role for those looking to develop their legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Military Claims team, your duties will include:
- Assessing and vetting new military claims.
- Drafting client and witness statements.
- Preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel.
- Reviewing and organising medical records and medical reports.
- Conducting case law research on liability and quantum.
- Drafting advice for clients and providing regular updates on case progress.
- Preparing court documents and trial bundles.
- Managing billing processes and disbursement payments.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
- Have a solid background in Personal Injury law/ Real Estate
