Medlock Partners are proud to be partnering with a global business in identifying a dynamic Office Administrator / Project Support to support their business in the West Midlands. With experience in an administrative capacity, you will join a fast-paced business and support by assisting with project documentation management and general administrative duties for the Droitwich site. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with different teams to ensure seamless project workflows and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for the Droitwich site to ensure smooth operations and maintain a professional and welcoming workplace. This includes liaising with the Office Manager (based in Manchester) to coordinate third-party cleaning and grounds maintenance services, manage office consumables, and arrange catering for visiting Directors and clients.
- Prepare and compile documentation such as commissioning reports, witness testing records, and manuals.
- Allocate document numbers and control codes to ensure accurate filing and tracking.
- Distribute documents to internal and external project stakeholders, manage transmittals, and keep detailed records of document circulation.
- Upload and maintain documents on client portals.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team to help ensure successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar support function.
- Capable of working independently, using your own initiative to get tasks done efficiently and accurately.
