I'm working with a well-established law firm that is looking to add a Legal Administrator to its Housing Disrepair team. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills who wants to build experience in a specialist legal area. You’ll support fee earners with day-to-day case administration, manage files and documents, liaise with clients and third parties, and help keep cases running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Opening and maintaining case files on a case management system
- Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and external parties
- Supporting compliance, deadlines, and general team admin
Qualifications:
- Previous admin experience (legal experience is a bonus, not essential)
