Medlock Partners are partnering with a tech business in seeking an experienced HR Transformation specialist to lead a major carve-out and separation programme as it transitions from a larger corporate structure into a standalone SME environment. Working closely with a newly formed HR leadership team, you will lead a range of HR transformation initiatives including HR systems implementation, reward and benefits redesign, payroll separation, supplier management, and operational process improvement.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone with strong HR transformation expertise rather than a purely project management background. Experience within PE-backed, carve-out, technology, or scaling SME environments would be highly beneficial.

Key focus areas for the HR Transformation Lead:
  • HR systems transformation (HRIS, ATS, LMS, screening/referencing platforms)
  • Data migration and implementation support alongside the technology team
  • Global reward and benefits review and redesign
  • Payroll outsourcing and standalone solution implementation
  • Supporting the successful completion of the carve-out and operational separation
Key requirements for the HR Transformation Lead:
  • Proven HR transformation and systems implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of reward, benefits, and HR operations
  • Experience in Global Payroll implementation/outsourcing would be beneficial
  • Experience delivering change in fast-paced, evolving businesses
  • Confident influencing stakeholders and driving pace across programmes
