We’re working with a growing national legal team that is expanding its Industrial Disease practice and looking to appoint an Assistant File Handler. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where training, mentoring, and clear progression routes are genuinely prioritised.

You’ll assist on a varied caseload of Industrial Disease matters, including NIHL claims, working closely with experienced colleagues to progress cases efficiently and in line with client and court requirements. The role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including drafting documents, reviewing evidence, liaising with clients and experts, and supporting dispute resolution activities.

Previous litigation experience is helpful but not essential — a proactive attitude, strong organisation skills, and a willingness to learn are key. Ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a specialist legal team.
