You will act for top-tier private equity sponsors on a range of high-value, fast-paced transactions, including:
- Leveraged buyouts and exits
- Portfolio company acquisitions and bolt-ons
- Cross-border investments and complex deal structures
You will be expected to take on significant responsibility, leading workstreams and working directly with clients.
