A leading international offshore law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to join its London office. This is a standout opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border corporate transactions within a globally integrated platform advising major financial institutions, corporates and investment funds across multiple offshore jurisdictions.
The Role
- You will advise on a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- Series financings and corporate reorganisations
- Cross-border transactions involving offshore structures (Cayman, BVI, Channel Islands, etc.)
The Candidate
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction) 5–8 years’ PQE gained at a top-tier international, City or offshore firm
- Strong experience across corporate transactions (M&A, PE, financings)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional deals
- Commercially astute with strong drafting and communication skills
- Ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Offshore experience is advantageous but not essential — strong onshore corporate lawyers with cross-border exposure are encouraged to apply.
