Are you a driven and experienced banking lawyer with a passion for asset-backed and leveraged finance? A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to join its high-performing Financial Services team in London.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and advise on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, with a strong emphasis on asset-backed lending and leveraged finance.
- Collaborate with specialists across Europe, the US and Asia on multi-jurisdictional deals.
- Manage relationships with leading banks, financial institutions and sponsors.
- Mentor junior team members and play a key role in business development.
What We’re Looking For
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 5–8 years' PQE at a leading City, national or international firm.
- Extensive experience advising on ABL and leveraged finance transactions.
- Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a desire to build lasting client relationships.
