A top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level Private Equity Associate to join its market-leading Private Equity practice in London. As a Private Equity Associate, you will:

  • Buyouts and investments (private acquisitions, public takeovers, minority stakes, and JVs).
  • Portfolio company transactions (add-on acquisitions, asset sales, refinancing, and restructurings).
  • Draft and negotiate sophisticated legal documents with a commercially strategic mindset.

Requirements:

  • Mid-level M&A / Private Equity transactional experience, likely gained at a leading City firm or top-tier overseas common law practice.
  • A strong academic background and proven first-rate legal skills.
  • Work with some of the world’s most prestigious private equity clients, including global large-cap funds.
