Medlock Partners are partnering with a tech business in seeking an experienced HR Transformation specialist to lead a major carve-out and separation programme as it transitions from a larger corporate structure into a standalone SME environment. Working closely with a newly formed HR leadership team, you will lead a range of HR transformation initiatives including HR systems implementation, reward and benefits redesign, payroll separation, supplier management, and operational process improvement. This is a hands-on role requiring someone with strong HR transformation expertise rather than a purely project management background. Experience within PE-backed, carve-out, technology, or scaling SME environments would be highly beneficial.
Key focus areas for the HR Transformation Lead:
- HR systems transformation (HRIS, ATS, LMS, screening/referencing platforms)
- Data migration and implementation support alongside the technology team
- Global reward and benefits review and redesign
- Payroll outsourcing and standalone solution implementation
- Supporting the successful completion of the carve-out and operational separation
Key requirements for the HR Transformation Lead:
- Proven HR transformation and systems implementation experience
- Strong understanding of reward, benefits, and HR operations
- Experience in Global Payroll implementation/outsourcing would be beneficial
- Experience delivering change in fast-paced, evolving businesses
