The team is Tier 1 ranked in Legal 500 and Band 1 in Chambers & Partners, advising an enviable client base of iconic brands, multinationals, and high-growth businesses. The Role As a Senior Associate, you will play a lead role in delivering a wide range of high-value, high-profile corporate transactions and advisory work, with exposure to both UK and cross-border matters. You’ll advise across: Private M&A and group reorganisations Private equity and venture capital investments Corporate finance and pre-IPO funding Shareholder agreements and governance Public markets and IPO support (AIM and Aquis) Joint ventures and corporate structuring You will work closely with leading Partners in a collaborative, multi-office team, contribute to client relationship management and help mentor junior team members.
