Job Description Senior Associate Corporate (5 8 PQE) International Offshore-Centred Firm | London | Corporate Transactions Funds Focus An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (5 8 PQE) to join a globally respected law firm s Corporate practice in London. This role sits at the heart of high-end transactions involving multinational corporates, investment funds, and international financial institutions, advising on cross-border matters and sophisticated structures under offshore (Cayman/BVI) and UK law.
