I’m working with a leading national law firm that is looking to grow its Manchester Corporate team with the hire of a Corporate M&A Lawyer (2+ PQE). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice, advising on mid-market M&A, private equity, and corporate advisory work for a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, and major corporates.

The Opportunity

As part of this dynamic and collaborative team, you will be involved in:

✔ Mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate restructurings

✔ Advising on joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance

✔ Supporting high-profile clients across multiple sectors

✔ Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years\’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A transactions, private equity, and general corporate matters
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail
• A commercial mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to play a role in business development
