The Role As a Competition Lawyer, you will:
- Advise on complex competition law issues, including:
- Merger control investigations and foreign investment reviews.
- Cartel defence, abuse of dominance cases, and market investigations.
- Regulatory matters across key sectors.
- Commercial agreements, joint ventures, and business strategy compliance.
Key Requirements
- 4+ PQE Competition Lawyer (Senior Associate level: 6+ PQE preferred).
- Strong experience in UK and EU competition law.
- SRA registered lawyer (postgraduate qualification in competition law is a plus).
- Proven expertise in merger control, cartel defence, and regulatory matters.
- Commercial acumen and ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
