Commercial IT Senior Associate (7+ PQE)

An award-winning, sector-leading law firm renowned for its work in technology, life sciences and brands is seeking a Commercial IT Senior Associate (7+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial IT practice in London.
The team advises on cutting-edge projects and regulatory developments shaping the global tech landscape. You’ll work on transactions where technology, AI and digital regulation are at the core of business strategy.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, you’ll:
- Lead on complex, high-value outsourcing, technology and digital transformation projects.
- Advise global tech and AI clients on product launches, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Guide multinational businesses through emerging frameworks including the EU AI Act, DORA, and Cyber Resilience Act.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives within a collegiate and non-hierarchical team.
- Collaborate across practice areas on major cross-border technology, IP and regulatory matters.

- 7+ PQE with strong experience in commercial, IT or technology-related work.
