Medlock Partners are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced SAP Success Factors & People Systems Manager to lead the ongoing development, support and optimisation of its HR technology landscape.

Managing a small specialist team, you'll take ownership of SAP Success Factors and associated people systems, ensuring they deliver an outstanding service to the business while driving continuous improvement, governance and innovation.

Working closely with HR, IT and external partners, you'll play a key role in shaping the people systems strategy, leading system releases, improving processes and ensuring the organisation maximises the value of its HR technology investment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS professional looking to combine technical expertise, leadership and stakeholder management within a collaborative and evolving environment.

  • Key Responsibilities of the SAP Success Factors & People Systems Manager:
  • People Systems Management
  • Lead the administration, configuration and ongoing support of SAP Success Factors and associated people systems.
  • Manage system releases, upgrades, testing and change activities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee system performance, availability and service levels.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for HR systems, integrations and user access.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
  • Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure data integrity, system security and compliance with GDPR and internal governance standards.
  • Lead system audits, documentation and change control processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes and user experience.
  • Produce reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery and licence management are effectively maintained.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HR systems specialists.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, IT and wider business functions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
  • Support training, user adoption and communication of system changes across the organisation.
  • Contribute to wider HR systems projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements for the SAP Success Factors & People Systems Manager

  • Proven experience managing SAP Success Factors within a complex organisation.
  • Previous experience leading or managing HRIS or People Systems teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, data governance and systems integration.
  • Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades or major enhancements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and managing service delivery.
  • SAP Success Factors certifications and/or CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
