Key responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to a team of technical specialists
- Producing and formatting documentation, reports and correspondence, including a high volume of audio typing
- Managing incoming and outgoing project communications, ensuring information is accurately logged and distributed
- Monitoring project timelines and following up with internal teams to maintain service level agreements
- Coordinating appointments, site visits and diary schedules
- Maintaining internal systems and updating project records
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally, ensuring a high standard of client service
- Organising project files, documentation and supporting paperwork
- Assisting senior members of the administration team with wider operational tasks
About you
