An elite global law firm is seeking a talented Capital Markets Associate (3-6 PQE) to join its market-leading London team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the cutting edge of ECM, DCM, and public M&A, advising on high-profile transactions across the LSE, NYSE, Nasdaq, and Euronext. As a Capital Markets Associate, you will:

  • Advise on English law ECM transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and rights issues.
  • Support on public M&A transactions and/or DCM mandates.
  • Provide strategic advice on board-level compliance, regulatory matters, and securities law.
  • Collaborate with leading partners and industry experts on complex, cross-border deals.
  • Gain exposure to big-ticket public M&A and high-yield debt offerings.
  • Deliver high-quality drafting and legal analysis on sophisticated matters.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-6 years’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales or an equivalent jurisdiction.
  • Proven ECM experience with additional exposure to either public M&A or DCM.
  • Strong technical expertise in English capital markets law.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
