Banking & Finance Associate (2-6 PQE)

A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Banking Associate or Senior Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its high-performing Banking Practice Group in London. Key responsibilities

• Acting for banks, funds, corporates and sponsors across a wide range of finance transactions
• Running deals and managing client relationships
• Working on multi-jurisdictional matters in collaboration with international offices
• Contributing to business development, client events and know-how initiatives
• Supporting the wider finance team with mentoring and internal development

About you

• 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance
• Strong grounding in leveraged, corporate or real estate finance
• Experience with high-value, cross-border matters
• Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
