We’re working with a well-regarded global law firm seeking to grow its Banking & Finance practice in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Associate (2–4 PQE) to join a collaborative, fast-growing team with a strong international footprint and clear career progression.

The Opportunity

You’ll work with high-calibre partners on a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance matters, including:

• Leveraged and acquisition finance
• General corporate lending
• Real estate and asset finance
• Restructuring and refinancing transactions

You’ll act for banks, financial institutions, sponsors, corporates and regulatory bodies across the full lifecycle of transactions, from deal structuring through to execution.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 PQE, qualified in England & Wales
• Strong background in banking & finance from a recognised regional, national or international firm
• Confident, commercial and a team player
• Excellent academics and communication skills
• A genuine interest in building client relationships and developing your practice
