As a Private Equity Associate, you will:
- Buyouts and investments (private acquisitions, public takeovers, minority stakes, and JVs).
- Portfolio company transactions (add-on acquisitions, asset sales, refinancing, and restructurings).
- Draft and negotiate sophisticated legal documents with a commercially strategic mindset.
Mid-level M&A / Private Equity transactional experience, likely gained at a leading City firm or top-tier overseas common law practice.
