Trainee Executive Assistant Corporate & Commercial Full Time – Permanent Based in Oxford A leading UK law firm is looking for a Trainee Executive Assistant to join their Oxford office, supporting the Corporate & Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience who’s ready to take the next step and grow into a full Executive Assistant role. You’ll start by supporting a small group of lawyers, working closely with experienced EAs and support teams. Over approximately six months, you’ll build your skills, confidence, and professional relationships, with a view to progressing into a fully-fledged EA role. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment where a proactive mindset is key. What You’ll Need: · Experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within a professional services environment. · Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. · A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail. · The confidence to interact with colleagues at all levels and build solid internal and external relationships. · An interest in progressing into a full Executive Assistant role and developing a long-term career in legal support.
