Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant Salary up to £50,000 base dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant: * Business Development – Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone and face-to-face engagement. * Candidate Sourcing & Management – Attracting top talent using job boards, social media, and networking. * Sales & Negotiation – Matching candidates with the right opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement. * Relationship Building – Developing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. * Target Achievement – Working towards individual and team goals in a performance-driven environment.
