The Opportunity
As a Partner Services & Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s partners, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new joiners, and providing day-to-day support to help drive collaboration and efficiency across the business.
This is a relationship-driven role, where you will be the first point of contact for new partners and a trusted source of support for existing ones. It’s also an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing, ambitious firm that values team culture and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including welcome communications, documentation, IT setup, and supplier liaison.
Build strong professional relationships with new and existing partners, becoming a go-to contact for support and guidance.
Facilitate collaboration by organising introductions, small group events, and other initiatives to strengthen internal networks.
Administrative support, including ordering branded materials, managing office supplies, and booking venues, travel, or hospitality.
Act as an integral member of the central support team, contributing to the firm’s culture of collaboration, efficiency, and high standards of client service.
