Medlock Partners Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager to own and develop the HR technology landscape. You will lead a small specialist team, drive system releases, governance and continuous improvement, and partner with HR, IT and external providers to maximise value from SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
You will shape the people systems strategy, manage data integrity, security and compliance, and deliver insightful reporting to inform business.
