Recruitment Partner (12-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent) Manchester CC based Head Office Predominantly remote working with one day required in the office on a weekly basis 12-month fixed term contract & full time (37 hours per week) Immediate start for the right candidate Must be North West based £40,000 plus benefits package, including 33 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays) My large Health & Social Care client is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to assist them over the course of the next 12 months with their ambitious recruitment plans as they go through a period of significant growth.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be joining a collaborative and highly supportive recruitment team.
This pivotal role will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment cycle.
This will include advertising roles, arranging interviews and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities of the

Partner
- Support the organisation to provide attraction, sourcing, recruitment, selection, and post recruitment advice to the Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
- Take full responsibility for own vacancies and adverts on ATS ensuring the adverts follow the right workflows.
- Keep the recruitment trackers up to date including monthly data and reports.
- Escalate any issues where there are difficulties with attraction or issues that are slowing down the recruitment process.
- Work with wider operational / HR colleagues to forecast and anticipate talent needs, support workforce planning and new implementations/TUPE.
- Develop attraction campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies.
- Ensure all Hiring Managers have the relevant tools and skills to recruit quality and diverse talent into the business i. e. training on the use of ATS and provide advice on good interview/selection practice.
- Ensure effective recruitment systems and processes are in place to improve the candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
- Attend and/or facilitate recruitment events, job fairs, open days if required. Key requirements for the Recruitment Partner:
- It is essential that you have experience in volume recruitment within Health and Social Care or other relevant organisations whereby you have been responsible for recruiting nurses and clinicians i. e. the NHS or a Social Housing Provider who provides a Supported Living service.
- Strong coaching, influencing and communication skills with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Resilience to respond and function within high pressure environments.
- Ability to manage high level of vacancies whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, time and data management skills.
- You will be proactive and a true team player who prides themself on having a ‘can do’ attitude.
