If you’re a strong, strategic Senior HR Business Partner, passionate about partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment then I’d be keen to hear from you. This is a senior, autonomous role focused on workforce strategy, organisational design, transformation, and culture across complex manufacturing and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:
- Partner with site leadership on people strategy aligned to operational and commercial goals
- Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
- Drive change management, restructuring, and culture programmes
- Support talent, succession, performance, and leadership development
- Lead complex ER/IR matters and ensure employment law compliance
- Contribute to productivity, workforce efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives
Key requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:
- CIPD Level 7 + Chartered FCIPD essential
- Significant Senior HRBP / strategic HR leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or critical operations environments
- Strong experience in organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced, matrix organisations
