Digital Marketing Executive Manchester (City Centre) Full Time, Permanent | 4 days in office, 1 day WFH Are you a digitally-savvy, creative thinker with a passion for content and campaign strategy? We’re working with a highly regarded Manchester-based law firm that is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their digital marketing experience within a supportive and professional environment. Working closely with senior members of the marketing team and an external digital agency, you’ll help shape the firm’s online presence, drive engagement through digital channels, and play a key role in delivering quality content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive: Support the delivery of digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, website content and email marketing. Create, edit, and upload web content including blogs, team profiles, press releases, and videos. Use the firm’s content management system (CMS) to maintain and update pages regularly. Produce and manage e-newsletters, event invites, and e-shots using email marketing software. Monitor digital performance and provide data-led insights to improve campaign results. Help coordinate PPC campaigns and review incoming leads and performance metrics. Assist in managing review platforms such as Google and Trustpilot, including feedback follow-up. Liaise with the firm’s digital agency to support campaign planning and performance reviews. Edit and manage video content for both marketing use and internal training platforms. Provide ad-hoc support across marketing activities including events, branding, and internal comms. Key Requirements for the Digital Marketing Executive: Around 18 months (or more) of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B or professional services. Confident writing and editing digital content across various formats. Comfortable using a CMS, CRM, and email marketing tools. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media best practice. Analytical mindset with experience reporting on digital performance and engagement. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. High attention to detail, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to prioritise deadlines. A flexible, can-do attitude – willing to support the wider marketing team where needed.
