- Full Time hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
- Salary: up to £47k plus benefits
- Hybrid working offered: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
- Location: Altrincham based
Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor:
- Proactively sourcing experienced talent across areas such as Software Engineering, User-Centred Design, Architecture, Delivery Management and more, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and market mapping.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for experienced hires, from outreach and qualification to offers and pre-boarding.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape search strategies and deliver strong shortlists quickly.
- Conducting in-depth screening to assess capability, motivation, cultural add and long-term fit.
- Owning all candidate management and coordination, including pipeline tracking, scheduling, feedback and maintaining ATS accuracy.
- Promoting the organisation’s employer value proposition through outreach, adverts, networking and events to build future pipelines.
- Partnering with People/HR teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.
- Supporting early-career or graduate recruitment when required.
Key requirements of the Talent Acquisition Advisor:
- Strong hands-on technical recruitment experience – not high-volume, but depth in sourcing and filling complex, niche technical roles.
- Proactive sourcing capability – confident in headhunting, market mapping, using LinkedIn Recruiter, identifying niche talent, and researching competitors.
- Strategic thinking – able to work beyond delivery, understand data and insights, and communicate challenges, blockers, and pipeline health effectively.
- Influencing skills – comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (including Directors and the CEO) and advising on hiring strategy.
- Team contribution – collaborative, culturally aligned, and able to be part of a close-knit team.
- Balanced profile – someone who can execute hands-on recruitment while also contributing to the bigger picture.
