If you’re a strong, strategic Senior HR Business Partner, passionate about partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment then I’d be keen to hear from you. This is a senior, autonomous role focused on workforce strategy, organisational design, transformation, and culture across complex manufacturing and technical operations.

Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:

  • Partner with site leadership on people strategy aligned to operational and commercial goals
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
  • Drive change management, restructuring, and culture programmes
  • Support talent, succession, performance, and leadership development
  • Lead complex ER/IR matters and ensure employment law compliance
  • Contribute to productivity, workforce efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives

Key requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:

  • CIPD Level 7 + Chartered FCIPD essential
