Job Description Senior Human Resources Advisor - Fixed Term Contract β 9 months with the possibility of an extension Hybrid and flexible working β 1 day onsite and 4 days WFH Immediate Start Salary up to Β£40,000 plus competitive benefits package including 41 days annual leave (including statutory holidays) and enhanced employer pension contribution (up to 10% matched) My client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to play a key role in delivering a significant organisational change programme across multiple business areas. Working closely with the Head of People and senior leaders, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the people elements of the programme, ensuring change is managed effectively, compassionately and in accordance with employment legislation and organisational policies. This is a high-impact role requiring strong organisational change, employee relations and stakeholder management expertise. You will provide trusted advice to leaders, managers and employees throughout the change process, helping to ensure that organisational change is delivered fairly, transparently and with employee wellbeing at its heart. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Human Resources Advisor: Lead and coordinate consultation activity, ensuring processes are fair, transparent, legally compliant and consistent with organisational policies. Manage the employee-related aspects of organisational redesign, including recruitment, redeployment, selection and transition into new structures. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters arising from organisational change, including redundancy, redeployment and consultation. Identify and monitor people-related risks, maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular updates, workforce insights and reporting to support programme governance and decision-making. Support the wider People Team with generalist HR and employee relations activity as required, helping to maintain a high-quality service during periods of increased demand. Key requirements for the Senior Human Resources Advisor: You will be an experienced HR/People professional with a strong track record of supporting and delivering complex organisational change programmes. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and deadlines within a complex programme environment.
