The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are currently partnering with a well-established, diverse and forward-thinking company as they look to hire a new credit control assistant on a part-time basis. This role offers excellent flexibility - working between 20-30 hours per week depending on preference, the role will be across five days a week, at times to suit the candidate. Working from home for four of the five days, Wednesdays will be the one office-based day in the North Manchester office.

Duties will include:

  • Allocating payments onto the system
  • Banking received payments promptly
  • Following up on late payments by email or telephone
  • Investigating and posting unallocated cash
  • Processing credit card payments
  • New account set-up
  • Refunds and credit notes
  • Credit limit review
  • Producing copy invoices
  • Working with other departments across the business to resolve queries and ensure payments are up to date
  • Using customer portals to manage accounts
  • Other duties to support finance team members and cover for absences
