Your Role
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and at the trade counter.
- Accurately process orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Accurately and timely reply to customer enquiries/quote requests.
- Keep customers informed of progress on orders & quotations.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the branch with enthusiasm and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, ideally within the electrical wholesaling industry.
- Product knowledge and familiarity with industry terminology are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive, energetic approach and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent Timekeeping.
- A valid UK Driving License.

Job Types: Full-time, permanent position with stable hours: Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 5.00pm, 42.5 hours. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required, and some additional hours required for stock take twice a year, all with plenty notice.
Additional pay: Bonus scheme
