To carry out plumbing/ multi-trade works and relevant trade duties as instructed by the Supervisor,
Conducting carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures.
Performing plumbing duties, such as repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Applying plaster to walls and ceilings and conducting repairs as needed.
Addressing general maintenance issues, including painting, Decorating, tiling, and other tasks as required.
Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to complete comprehensive property projects.
Reading and interpreting, project specifications, and work orders.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
To cover for drying technician whilst on holiday. Training will be provided.
To plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers. This includes dealing with urgent and emergency repairs and ensuring, as far as practicable, that all appointments are met.
To promptly inform a claims handler of any unanticipated problems or delays that might impact on works for that day, so that work can be rescheduled.
To provide regular updates and information to claims handlers and other colleagues to assist with planning and scheduling of work.
To report any follow on or related repair works identified with the customer where these cannot be completed during the visit.
To maintain and contribute to the control of the materials and other company property held on any assigned company vehicle. To ensure the security, care and appropriate use of stock, tools, materials, plant, and equipment and any other items issued.
To organise materials, tools, and equipment required to complete planned work and to arrange for materials to be replenished
To identify and submit requests for materials to ensure that any non-standard jobs are completed in a timely manner and notify the call handler of any difficulties.
To work in accordance with the Company policies and procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work
To drive a company vehicle, where one is provided, to keep the vehicle clean and tidy and undertake daily vehicle safety checks and to adhere to the LBI Drivers Policy at all times
Providing excellent customer service to customers.
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team in a full-time role as Multi Tradesman/ Woman . The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in working with a variety of tools and equipment, have an attention to detail, and should be diligent about following protocol.
