Veterinary Surgeon - Basingstoke

We are seeking a Vet Surgeon to join our lovely practice in Basingstoke on a part-time basis. The practice is run by Branch Partner Tjitske and her team and has a real community feel with a loyal and dedicated client base situated in the Chineham shopping precinct. As a Vet, you will be accountable for patient care within the clinic, ensuring we deliver exceptional care, always being there for our clients, patients, and colleagues while maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance. The role is part-time, working 30 hours per week with 1:3 Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm at Basingstoke. Engage, mentor, and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilizing these in the most effective way. Pro-actively support and share clinical best practices within and across practices and the wider Medivet community. Your Skills and Experience RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon. Experienced in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients. Experienced in working effectively as part of a team. Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills. Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture. Experience supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency. Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of colleagues.
