As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of the practice team.
Working with our Veterinary Surgeons, qualified Nurses, and Student nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients.
• Provide a gold standard service to our patients and clients
• Follow cleaning protocols to maintain cleanliness of the clinical environment
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment
This role is based at the Oldland practice, working 4 hours a week.

Role Accountabilities:
At Medivet, we prioritize exceptional care for our patients, clients, and colleagues. In this role, you will:
- Consistently deliver exceptional care to clients.
- Support with operations and procedures.
- Provide patient monitoring and care, including walking, toileting, and feeding.
- Ensure completion of all pre- and post-operation activities.
- Assist with patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Dispense medication under the guidance of the Veterinary team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
