The Perfect Clinical Partnership

To drive our hospital expansion forward, we are looking to balance our Branch Partner’s expertise in Small Animal Medicine by welcoming an experienced surgical vet to the team. Ideally, an Advanced Practitioner (or working towards it) and highly confident in orthopaedic procedures, you will have the unique opportunity to build our surgical caseload and take ownership of complex cases that would otherwise be referred out.

In order to grow we expect to invest: We are fully committed to backing your clinical freedom and expertise and will work with you to grow our surgical and orthopaedic capabilities—whether that means investing in a new TPLO kit, specific orthopaedic instrumentation, or upgrading our existing surgical suite to meet your specifications.

About You

You are a qualified MRCVS with extensive UK or equivalent clinical experience. You possess strong, proven capabilities in advanced surgery, specifically orthopaedics. Holding or working towards an Advanced Practitioner status / Certificate is highly desirable. You have a passion for clinical excellence and client care and want to make a real difference in developing a practice that values and supports you. You work to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance. You are a collaborative team player who is prepared to lead in your area of expertise, seek to mentor and develop the team around you, and wants to help shape and deliver a hospital culture.
